3 ounces Champagne (or other sparkling wine)

2 ounces white rum
1/2 ounce Luxardo maraschino liqueur
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
1/4 ounce simple syrup
Lime wheel, for garnish

2oz rye or bourbon
1oz sweet vermouth (Carpano Antica Formula)
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
4 drops of cherry juice (optional)
1 maraschino cherry (preferably Luxardo), for garnish

3 ounces of vodka
1 ounce of dry vermouth
3 olives
Whiskey Sour
2 ounces whiskey (some prefer bourbon, I like rye)
3/4 ounce simple syrup (1:1 ratio sugar:water)
3/4 ounce lemon juice
1 egg white
Vesper Martini
3 Parts Gin
1 part Vodka
1 splash of Lillet Blanc
Served up in a Martini glass with a twist of lemon
